What is a non chargeable

I don't know if you did this or not but ALWAYS have your 4ways on when backing.I don't know if this was a non preventable because I wasn't there But it doesn't sound like it but then again f it was a busy street it's best to have someone block the traffic while backing.I have backed on busy streets into docks and always had someone block traffic and direct me.

 

Hey, the good news. The minority have perfect records and bumping a car isn't the end. No tow truck, no ambulance... Lesson learned early. You're gonna be fine. Your internal warning alarm will go off in questionable circumstances now and that isn't a bad thing.
