I am. I would love to see people run out of hours in NYC and plug it up worse than any snow storm they have ever seen. People late for work, absurd amounts of money lost, maybe people would start getting hungry. A big slap in the face.

I think there are too many trucks for what they want to do but probably not enough to do that. Not without some help...

I thought the PlayStation 4 was suppose to be better than the XBox,
I’m hoping Santa brings me a new game system, my last one was the Super Nintendo,

My first video game when I was about 10 was actually Atari Pong right when it first hit shelves. Got it for Christmas. All my friends were jealous

LOL.....Pong for the win. I used to play that also.

PS4 is good also I hear. But I'm hearing great things about the brand new XBox1X. You need a 4K TV that supports HDR to get all the goodies.

Been a long time since I had a game system. I been on paper logs after all. I'm looking forward to the new ELD laid back environment where shippers and receivers appointments no longer matter.

Kick back, play video games. Eventually get around to making my appointments when the ELD tells me I can.

Once the big blue chip companies like Mc donalds, IBM, Ford, Johnson&Johnson, start to complain there not getting their products on time then it will all change.

No. In most cases where a shipment is late and a driver tries to blame eLogs, I can just about guarantee 9 out of 10 times it will actually be poor time management by a driver who's not willing or able to work all available hours while in transit or hasn't learned how to think far enough ahead. The current HOS rules have been around a long time.

The Trucking Alliance lobbied Congress to mandate E.L.D. The alliance is comprised of Maverick, Swift, Knight, U.S. Express, J.B. Hunt, Dupre and Cargo Transporters. Collectively they have 71,000 trucks and 220,000 trailers. So if you get hinh up at a shipper or reciever and burn your hours making a scheduled delivery won't happen. If this happens to one of theirs all they need to do is have a driver in the area pick up that trailer. Soon who are shippers and recievers going to use ? That's the purpose. Quote from their website (truckingalliance.org) was created in 2011 for the sole pourpose of lobbying the E.L.D. mandate.

California will just start hooking wreckers up to trucks and having them towed away to generate income for the state. They'll just say that you should have known that going past 6 hours on your 14-hour clock would have put you out of range of a safe haven so you should have just cut yourself short to a 6 hour day to make sure that you were parked in a safe place to park approved by the state but since you insisted on driving until your 11 hours was up and you ended up out in the middle of the desert someplace on the side of the road we are going to impound your vehicle.
