Yeah, good question to get answered. If you are squeaky clean like you say you need to find out if there is something turning up in your background checks that isn't correct.
What is going on? No experience, clean record, but no hires

You're right,it is'nt for everyone.I did the team thing a couple times and hated it.Soloed most the 9 yrs and when I go back OTR it'll probably be solo again.Teams are more suitable for a couple that the checks go into the same account.I teamed with a guy that listen to Audio books and I never said a word about it but come my turn to drive and listen to my music turned down low,he did'nt like that.Everything about him was about as exciting as watching paint dry.Ithink your post quoted to me was meant for the thread starter,I just noticed that, lol

Three words.........
1. C
2. R
3. England
Try them and then you to can block up the fuel island like the CR England driver in front of me at this very moment. Apparently, they will hire anybody with a pulse and a 3 dollar Wal Mart cowboy hat. -
That makes me nervous. I have spoken to Schneider and they told me to contact them when I am in school. I am surprised you are having such a hard time. All over then net I have seen so many openings and companies claiming they need drivers. I wonder if it is an age thing. Have you ever been terminated from a job? Do you have a dishonorable discharge from the military? Have you been able to account for periods of unemployment? I would think those might be the only factors that could hurt since you said you have a clean driving record.

good looking guys don't thrill me all that much. They tend to be shallow inside and out.

heck at least they gave you a response the ones i applied at didnt even give me that. but they have to do checks and that takes time. if you call a recruiter and get no answer just keep calling them back. I Applied at knight as well but they never called or emailed me back with anything, called the recruiter a few times as well and get the same no answer thing so i just brushed them off. applied at swift and have been in contact with recruiter but waiting on bkg, check to come back havent applied to warner but dont personally like them. i have to re-obtain my cdl again.
hope you dont lie on your apps as they will find out all info on you. reasons could be there or on your mvd or maybe the school you went to for your cdl if you didnt go to a school that is a problem for many companys. keep trying and calling them back. I wont give up on getting back into this profession it is what i have always enjoyed doing and since the things that i had to quit for are no longer an issue i will get back into it even if i have to get my cdl on my own. if not this year than maybe next or so on. -
HOW DARE YOU CALL ME SHALLOW!!!

If I had a clean mvr and work record,I would call them and wonder what's up.It could be your age maybe your location maybe the school you attended.Did you have recruiters come to that school?
