    Being a driver is not easy, have to deal with pick up, delivery, and safety regulations. What is important to you as a Driver?

    Pay and benefits of course (which includes reliable/fair payroll) and well maintained equipment. Nothing irritates me more than trucks falling apart. That doesn’t mean it needs to be new but they better take care of it

    My crystal ball has not added a feature to oversee maintenance and care on trucks I’m not yet issued
