The running in place to speed up your heart rate ended years ago. There is no Prostate check on the long form required. Some Docs have been doing DOT physicals forever and aren't current on the required tests. There is no drug test, just a wee-wee test for blood sugar. This is a good argument for truck drivers knowing EVERYTHING about this biz, so you don't get walked on.

There was a drug test done for THC (pot), COC (cocaine), PCP, OPI (opiates), AMP (amphetamines), according to the form I'm looking at right now.

I get a DOT physical every 3 months. Not because I have to, I just like the hernia test.

Terrapin f, if you had a drug test, you had a physical done by the truck company which requested a drug test in addition to the regular physical. There is NO drug test with a regular DOT physical.
