You are dealing with a Mountain People there in WVa who understand Justice. It's not exactly what would be called Justice in our Courts because Prisions generate hardened criminals and prey on the weak and certain types of offenders.
Believe you me there is a very basic need to exact justice against someone who hurt a baby or child badly and I know not to say another word, but generally someone will have to have him in protective for a very long time which is not really protective.
It's one of the weakneses I have personally, as a concealed carry. A little thunder applied just so would save a child or baby from being badly hurt in my presence.. however Im bound to laws of Arkansas and would have to be looked at very carefully at peril of my own life and freedom. There are a awful lot of children where we are and at the moment everyone is at war against a 58 year old who raped a 26 year old in the woods not far from a store in a nearby town not known for such crimes, early that day this man may have caused two or three children in the store to seek protection from adults. But from what I understand he is under the jail at the moment on a very high cash bond. It will be a while (Should he survive...) before trial.
Im not surprised 70,000 signed. In some areas that is a good number to make laws and have them voted into law by the People in some ways. (We have a number of ballots pending in a few weeks, one of which will make medical pot legal.)passingthru69 and KillingTime Thank this. -
While I was doing social service work, one of my charges was a young man who got busted a second time with kiddie-porn on his phone and computer. I went to his court appointments, tried to understand his proclivity, dug around in his head... His lawyer said his case was looking favorable for him... I went right to the prosecuting DA with his case history after speaking to the investigating Maine Computer Crimes Unit detective exhaustively... It was either that or take him to the longest, darkest alley I could find. I'll leave the rest up to the imagination.
He's a life-time registrant on the sex offenders list now. So at least I'm aware that someone is keeping an eye on him, even if it isn't me.x1Heavy Thanks this. -
proclivity. You are meaning vice or taste for certain taboo things for which society would kill him in a moment if they found out. Is that right? I'll have to look the word up.
Anyone who engages in that is truly a lowest of the low. I want to kill him LOL. I could not imagine you being a social worker having to deal with such scum. More power to you I reckon. Thank you for sharing.KillingTime Thanks this. -
I do, x1, mean a draw for the taboo.
And he's a major part of the reason I had to get out. I could feel the jadedness setting upon me. I plotted his demise many times. His vileness consumed me. Just couldn't do it anymore. So now... I work mostly alone.
x1Heavy Thanks this. -
Let the sick twisted SOB spend the night in general population at Cook County Jail (Chicago)and forget about it. It won't take long.
Let him have a date with the health inspector..Last edited: Oct 12, 2016

80s or 90s? I can understand Pantera in the 80s being torture, but in the 90s they denied their glam metal roots and did some pretty cool stuff.
