If he had any type of interaction with a law enforcement officer, (DOT inspection, speeding ticket, warning ticket for speed), etc. etc. while he was employed by the company that employed the dispatcher, then that will show up on his PSP report, which is the Premployment Screening Program. All new hires are required to be checked through the PSP before hiring by any given employer. If he has had an interaction then he would most likely not be hired for falsification of app. It ony costs ten bucks for you to find out on the above link, that is if you are searching for your own record. The DAC is a "Paid Third Party" that some motor carriers use, whereas the PSP is part of the FMCSA/CSA portion of the federal government. Hope this helps.gdyupgal Thanks this. -

heard that list night. who woulda thunk hireright would be working with law enforcement now.
last time i got my dac. 2 years ago. it had nothing about my history. and now that my history is expunged. there's nothing for them to find.
