I have a Sirio 5000, it works better then the Wilson 5000 honestly. Problem is I am in a area where I cannot utilize my equipment as much (Gated Community)..I used to have a 500W Texas Star and a Stryker 10M Radio..

This thread has given good advice. Mine is: You generally can't go wrong with any of the CB makers you mentioned, unless you happen to get one made on a Friday afternoon before a holiday. Any of their models should be of good quality; the big difference is the number of knobs on them to twist. I like the ones with the fewest knobs so I won't be tempted to fine-tune CB things while dodging the fools texting on cell phones.

Also, don't bring your new radio to the local CB shop asking them to "peak and tune" it into a talking blowtorch. Things tend to get screwed up by golden screwdrivers in CB shops. Leave your verbal muscle-flexing to that little 203P amp you mentioned; it will get you talking eye-to-eye with most of the Big Dawgs on the Interstates, if you're so inclined.

If you're going to use the equipment in a non-aluminum F250 (does the F250 come in aluminum?), I'd try a classic 62.5-inch stainless steel Wilson 1000 magnet mount antenna planted in the middle of the roof. There are longer antennas out there that might squeak-out a few more feet of communicating distance, but you'll hit more tree limbs with them if you live in the woods like me.
