What is the expected pay for 11 months experience

    I would not have had the means to obtain my CDL without CRST. that is what I mean. Sure there's other companies I could have gone with but wouldn't their pay have been the same for a student driver

    It's all good man . The fact of the matter is new drivers coming into the industry pretty much have to choose their poison when choosing their first company

    Our DM is great and he keeps us running but with the CRST pay it is not worth staying out longer than 4 weeks. Most of us look to get out after our contracts the next company I'm looking at Dependable Highway Express starts off at 44 tops out at 48. Weekly net at CRST is 650 to 800 and DHE expected to be 900 to 1300

    I tried a local gig,10 hour shift,plus an hour drive to work and home.
    Had enough time for my usual 10 hour break.
    Add in the expenses of fuel,car insurance,electricity etc..makes more sense to stay otr and save my cash..when I go home for a few days off...it's party time!:drunken:
