What is the expected pay for 11 months experience

    Easiest freight to pull. Little to no physical work involved unless you lump your freight.

    Not speaking ill of box jockeys, but unless you find a niche or own the ride it's on the lower pay scale.

    One of things i've never quite understood is why an experienced driver gets more pay, if both drivers are able to deliver the same load on time why does one get paid more than the other? Obviously based on this equation it'd be cheaper for a company to have lots of newbies that way they'd make a greater profit.

    That is what the now JB Hunt driver who formerly was a CRST driver makes per week driving for JB Hunt

    I've thought about that as well when I first got in but experience does matter for insurance companies and for reliability as well

    Dedicated JB hunt pays ,$200 per day plus accessory pay.I made $1200-$1500 gross nearly every week.

    Yeah see I got this jb hunt guy that keeps calling me, he's saying that id make around 900 a week as a local driver
