How much experience in transportation do you have?
Driving is only 1 of the many areas you must be prepared for to make better income.
How long are you willing to be OTR?
if you want to be home weekly you won't see over 50k. Some single drivers are making better than 70k. Those drivers know keeping the driver door shut and wheels rolling gives them a chance of a better paycheck.
Last, but not least...do you know rates?
Negotiations are best way to increase your daily paycheck.

I will have 10 months experience by March. I'm looking to join a regional gig then, I heard dedicated pays better than other outfits. I'm willing to stay out however long it takes to reach my financial goals. DHE starts at .44 but is not dedicated

I'll also be looking at other companies offering western regional gigs (western 3- western 7) such as Swift, possibly JB Hunt (although I'm only seeing local gigs atm)
