    If you owe them nothing……. what’s keeping you there ? Like already mentioned, all the signs are there for you to move on. NOW, if you owe them due to them helping you get your CDL…… you might be stuck “if” your under a contract. Otherwise, move on….

    That was more of a wish list.

    I think my experience casts even more doubt on the "trucker shortage". If there was such a lack of them, then surely an eager new driver would be given all the resources they need to move forward, not be told to stay quiet and patient?

    No contract. That was the best part of this job, got paid OJT for six months with no payback or contract expected and one of their owner-ops loaned me his truck for the road test.
