If you owe them nothing……. what’s keeping you there ? Like already mentioned, all the signs are there for you to move on. NOW, if you owe them due to them helping you get your CDL…… you might be stuck “if” your under a contract. Otherwise, move on….

 

Repeat after me, "There is no trucker shortage. There's only a shortage of trucker pay."

Now say it again.
