Can someone tell me what this 4-conductor wire is that runs along the trailer air lines? Is it ABS? All the trailer lighting seems to be working. Something must have kicked up from the road and cut it.

Yes. But won't on the trailer because 12v blue supply is cut

No abs light. I saw that it went to the tandems, which made me think ABS, but I wanted to be sure.

Well that makes perfect sense, it cant throw the dash.

So, other than a potential violation if I were inspected, it’s safe to keep going back to the shop at the terminal?

I may be mistaken, but a ‘trailer abs’ is not a violation. ‘Tractor abs’ is, but not trailer.
At least that was the policy at the last company I worked at.
