We used to put seals on empty reefers because that particular trailer was reserved for some reason.
I've been told at times to put 20 or so pallets in an empty trailer, then put a seal on it. So, that trailer was reserved for a particular driver and load. -
I hauled coffee beans in bulk tankers. They sealed them when I was loaded and sealed them again when I got empty.
Vic Firth, slow.rider and bzinger Thank this. -
They may have been getting out of washing the tank out if it was loading the same beans next load?
