This run you’re talking about is
i think I understand but it’s different from what you said in your earlier post.you don’t work 5 days a week You run a 3,2You run 2 tripson week 1 which you work 5 days leave Monday home Friday for almost 1500 miles for that week.On week 2 your running a 3 trips leaving Sunday and back Saturday which is 6 day week for 2244 miles. To me your spending a lot of time out for basically miles a local driver is doing and going home every day

I understand that but I don’t believe for a second that us express is paying a rate so high that after fuel, truck payment and all other expenses you’re clearing $2:15 a mile after all expenses That’s clearing $4824.00 on 2244 miles.you didn’t tell the truth about only working 5 days a week I don’t believe for a minute you’re telling the truth about the money you’re making either.

Well his post here on Saturday 12:42 says my truck has usx on the side I don’t know how that means landstar I took it as us exspress .Either way the post doesn’t make since he claims there more important things then killing your self he’s home every weekend. I don’t see his point he spending all week away from home for 1500 miles and taking 20 hours at one time off away from home. I don’t know why he thinks this is a better run then what someone at variant was trying to sell him it sounds like a really crap run he has to spend all week out just for 1500 miles.

maybe you should ask... at the time variant started i was with usx pulling auto parts from chicago hights to Louisville and back...
the 20 hr is once every other week...
why should I bust my ### for $2,100 (.60cpm × 3,500 miles at variant)...? Maybe you should get out of the milage pay mind set and embrace percentage pay.... i haven't run milage for 10 years....

This is 2 runs and home Friday noon ish till Sunday evening.... tell me can you do math.....? That's a little over $4,100 after ALL EXPERIENCES
    $4,100 (net) ÷ 1,500 (miles) = $2.73 pre mile in my pocket.....
