When I worked there about the only thing I ever saw drivers get dismissed over, was too many "critical events"

I saw a Variant truck pulling off the highway by our local truck stop the other day... I thought about following him in and seeing where he lived and if I could hire him away from there but remembered that I was out of trucks at the moment and couldn't help him anyway... so I went to the yard and BSed with a couple drivers about to head out instead.
