Yeah, no. Heard of the budget cuts? The USPS is not spared. As long as there's an appetite for drugs in the US, they will flow. It's a symptom of something much more scurrilous. It tells of a society that has lost all hope...Some people can't bear nor contain their despair. So sad, so much lost potential.
