as far as I'm concerned trainer trucks should be held to a higher standard.

I'm starting to think somethings up with the truck. No lights or warnings or any thing but... Stopped to get subs for dinner before heading to the shipper to pick up at 2300. Planned on staying the night. Checked Quailcomm and mpg was 8.1. That was unloaded after driving from TN to GA. Got to shipper, only a mile from where we stopped to get dinner. Got loaded and parked. Never went over 7 mph. Well, maybe 45 the mile we had to go to get there. Fuel mileage had dropped to 6.2. No idling involved. It doesn't seem to matter what speed he drives. 55, 58, 60, 62 or 65 the results are always the same. He doesn't floor the peddle to take off or when going up the mountains. He adds the fuel additive. Has short fueled like told. Nothing seems to work. It's always about the same come Sunday. 6.1-6.2 mpg He is getting really discouraged. The OOR is good and miles per week has greatly improved as the FM has started catching on to her job. New, only about 3 months being an FM. Was told in January "you will only have the 2007 for a month or 2". Almost 6 months later...hmmmm

8.1 - 8.4mpg consistently with 05 Volvo with ISX...I see it on my onboard computer and company printout at end of month which my bonus is based on...I only need to get 7,5 for max bonus!

Ha ha thanks a lot. Well, actually, we'll see. Just got out. Need a couple of weeks to take care of the things at home like a broke dryer.

Not quite the same. Get a Maverick tuneup and a 50,000# coil. It is nice to see that your Volvos are getting nice mileage with ISX motors, though.
