This is going be like the NFL. Will have to send it upstairs for instant replay review. I will have to go through the original contract of the wager is see if a loaner vehicle fuel mileage is except able in the calculate.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the decision to be made since my lawyers are tied up in another case at this particular time.

I don't know how accurate that is though, because I have 16.81- OOR.......

BTW...I was 3rd in OOR (6.30) and 1st in MPG (7.596) on my FM board for the third quarter.

i have a 2010 trk with a little over 425,000 on it i have been told to keep my speed down and rpm's below 13-1400 but tell you the truth i'm lng not really worried about a extra check for mpg's more worried about more loads

I use to chase that extra load

I missed last week but just as I suspected my numbers are going the wrong way:
On 10/21 I got the following:
    Tariff miles: 9707 MPG 10.455
    Hub Miles: 7371 MPG 7.939
    OOR miles 2336
    OOR % - 24.065
Fill up MPG was 7.79 & 7.36 I had to short fuel due to weight during the first 3 days of the week.

    10/28
    Tariff miles: 11365 MPG 9.693
    Hub miles: 9271 MPG 7.907
    OOR miles 2094
    OOR% -18.424
    Fill up MPG 8.62,7.23 & 7.97

Long deadheads for glass coming out of FL certainly help the avg.
