For the year average 7.406 that will give me another Goldstar. Green stars are nice but I liked the gold star club.

    JimTheHut Thanks this.

The Goldstar club is for drivers that exceed company fuel goals for all four quarters of the year. I don't know what the company goal is for this year it's probably seven or 7.1 just my guess.
You would have to check with your FM to know for sure.

Last year I think we only had 27 drivers that received a Goldstar.

I have faith in you with your new truck you should be able to do it no problem.

    @ Sewerman
You would think that with millions of dollars at stake Maverick would get this fuel program information out to the drivers, but as we all know communication is not one of Maverick's strong suites, to put it kindly.

It has nothing to do with the fuel bonus. You don't get any more money for it you just get a nice letter from John Coppin's and a gold star to put on your hat or wherever.

It would be real nice if they would give you a nice little bonus for the achievement. But then on the other hand they already paid me fuel bonus money. Which is a lot more than most companies do.

The best way I've ever heard it stated. I don't have control over the loads I get or the miles I run but I do have control over how much fuel bonus I will make. I average a three cent per mile bonus every year.

    JimTheHut and seawheeler Thank this.
