The best way to get better fuel mileage is to track what you are getting and the conditions that you are in when you are driving that tank of fuel..You can do it yourself, or you can use a system that is already set up. Check out www.mygauges.com You put in your next fuel stop mileage, gallons, price ect and then when you put in your next fill up, it starts tracking you. There is a video you can watch. What i like is that it asks you where you are running, temp, cruise speed and then you can add additional notes about the load and where you are running it, wind ect. You can then go back and see when you got good mpg and when you got poor mpg and look at the conditions ect. I think it is really a great tool.
