    I expect so. There was a news special about a man that made $75k last year snitching on idling vehicles.

    The truck in question is a carb certified truck as well/ ordinance states noise and or air pollution- only exemptions I found were government owned emergency vehicles and vehicles needing to idle to operate ie dump trucks/garbage trucks etc using the PTO while running.

    No references for live animals either/

    I worked there helping a friend for a couple of months a few years ago. It was a construction project on the base, but he bought one of his own trucks and hired several others to supple materials. He said he had to get "approval" from some of the local outfits before he could haul out of the source.
