    One gold star coming up!!!

No trailer payment but figured in

that’s how we all should be doing it and at the end we are either covered for unknowns or get a bonus check

You only pay yourself 30K a year? Are you filing under an S Corp or something? Seems pretty low!

Being a highly successful O/O, why not just take a vacation or run another lane that only has the big sharks in it until the fledgling goes belly up then?

Im not an accountant nor am I giving advice
But if you pay yourself X and then Take X as a bonus you save on Soc Sec tax and a few other things
But your accountant will have better info

Yes I understand how it works for the most part. I thought it was suppose to be reasonable so that 30K a year seems very low to me. But I am not accountant either or a tax expert. Just caught my eye right away when he posted that info. Maybe it is just fine for all I know and I overthink stuff.

30k plus dividends based on my companies performance. :) That's why I hire a tax expert that knows her stuff, because it's all over my head.

So is it safe to say that your maintenance is usually $25k per year?
