What it's like to work for TMC?

Do not work at TMC. They fire at will!!!!!!

 

At least put why you got fired or provide your employee number and I'll put why you got fired

 

I was with them 5 years. In that time I done a few things that I thought I was going to get the ax on. As long as you tell them the truth and don't lie about what happened they will work with you. That being said. If you do something that you know is wrong and not their policy, I'm sure you will be looking for another job.

 

Of you don't want to work for an at will company, go find a union job

 

Sounds like they pay you big bucks to monitor the internet and clean up their reputation!!! I got fired because i went to a stupid corporate class that you guys mistakenly call "TQM". I was insulted from the start by one of your corporate boys asking me what a "man" was. He then continued to say that "manhood has been watered down in todays society". I am sorry, but, I am a man. Any proper man wouldn't just sit there and be insulted so I opened my mouth. That's why i got fired. I ran like a man, look up my stats! Don't try to bully me like all other TMC employees!!

 

I never bullied you, but you violated company policy, so therefore are fired, your fault, you can disagree with office staff all day, right until you are disrespectful then you can be fired, as you were.

 

That's my point!! TMC can and does fire at will for just looking at them sideways!!

 

Iowa is an At Will Employer, as is most states

 

Oh, wait. I wasn't fired i quit! Or was forced to quit!
