Ooo, how is that headache rack with it being up against the back of the cabover? Ive never really considered a cabover in part because i always thought that might be a royal pita

(Not that everything on a conventional is easy to access just because its got a hood you can open)

I hear some of you guys on the anti-tech stuff. That's why I'm kind of getting into simplicity with tech, if that makes sense. As you guys know, the simpler something is, the less chance there is for breakage. That goes for engines just as well as computers.

When I'm shopping for appliances, I tend to go for things that don't have many bells and whistles, and if it has an LED screen, it's out. Manual dial, buttons, or nothing.

That's the Unix philosophy, which modern technology has gotten so far away from. One action is performed by one piece of software or code, and that's it. That's what we should be wanting out of out of our technology, not one huge program that does everything while also phoning home to let the software maker know everything about you.

I’m still trying to figure my iPhone 11 Pro Max, and I bought it the same day it came out.

However, it’s been the best phone I have ever owned.

Phones and tech are supposed to enhance our lives in little ways, not run them. I've ditched all my social media except this site and Reddit, and...even though I'm researching tech, I'm keeping it logical and simple.

iPhones are great, if they work for you. I like to tinker and try weird software, so those phones aren't quite for me...but they're still #### good phones.

This is my gaming computer and my server computer.

    Lol, simplicity via arch linux
Im fairly sure you know your way around a computer the way many of these guys know their way around rebuilding a motor. I appreciate calling your computation "simple" but the version youre using belies the very deep knowledge you have of computing especially the software side
