It's about getting our true 65%.

So it has nothing to do with what they make, it's about our 65%.

Bottom line...SNI is in a "Anything to increase our bottom line" mode right now. Even a small betterment in that bottom line could mean big dollars at IPO time. I've noticed a tremendous number of relays at several locations over the last few months.
Just my observation... -
Its about principles. Being honest and forthright in business.
We were told the ICOA changes regarding box moves was to address the abusers. Turns out that was a LIE. Really it was to make it easier to bt company trucks into shippers and make ICs have to go trailer hunt.
We were told every VTL load goes on the board before it gets assigned. Another LIE. Some loads never get put on the board. They claim the customer doesn't want ICs hauling their freight. Another LIE, and a laughable one at that.
Now they expect us to believe rates on contract freight are dropping, all in the midst of an IPO.
Here's something for you Lofgren and Schneider family. No matter how much money you make, when you're taking your last breaths, will you be proud of how many people you've screwed over during your life? -
It's also about being a business not an employee.
As a business owner I want every day, week, quarter and year to be better than the previous but without knowing the true revenue split, I can't JUST be happy with what I earn.
If so, I'd of stayed a company driver.
