    Hey Stump, BINGO!! The good companies generally don't advertise(until a last resort) so they don't get every person coming down the pike.The good companies generally rely on word of mouth. A good driver is much more likely to know another good driver. Insurance companies too. The ones that advertise the most, generally, are the worst companies to go with, with the worst customer satisfaction.
