What NOT to do at Border Patrol checkpoint

His "statement" probably cost him his job.

 

I think if the agent asked to search the vehicle, the driver had the right to refuse. But I think he should have answered any questions they may have ask concerning his citizenship and ID.

 

I watched it yesterday. Guy was being dumb and hard to deal with. That's why he got dragged out.

 

HMMM! NOT the best attitude to take. Border patrol workers are not the nicest people when you are coming back to the US. I am married to an Italian and they go over us with a fine toothed comb because she is Italian and I'm a US citizen. Maybe we should just stay in Canada Aye?

I'm not a big fan of border patrol considering they aren't doing their job and in the process they insult and harass US citizens in the process. This is because of our lax immigration laws obviously. With that said, however, this guy is a real schmuck. He was talking out of his ### trying to sound like a constitutional expert but he sounded like a complete ####### fumbling on words.
