Slow your roll. I am nitpicking, not being a buster, not being negative. Do you see your responses? I’m not saying that you posted something wrong, I am saying that you are wasting opportunities to learn.

You told me that you want to be good at what you do. You’re conversing with people in the industry, some who are employers. You are responding without understanding. Is that smart?

You said that you wasn’t trying to be rude…who accused you of being rude? I understand that my post may seem like I am trying to be a ball buster, but I am not. Slow your roll, reread all the posts in this thread, good or bad, this time with complete understanding as the goal.

 

Yeah I was thinking the same. Best thing this guy could possibly do for himself is lose 20 pounds as fast as possible and then get in a boxing ring and get punched in the face.

 

You need to show some work history of any kind. Many companies won't hire you if you have no recent work history.

 

IMO, its going to be hard to stop over-thinking AND work with your mother. The good news is you are in charge of your brain and you can change if you decide to change and think in healthier ways. Humans can learn and must adapt. Animals have the luxury of operating on instinct.

 

I believe you said you have been approved for May. If so, give it all you got. Let them know you're ready, and willing, to do what it takes to get on with them. Have a good attitude, eye's, ears, and mind open, mouth closed. You'll do fine.
