I just used the crist site I practice for my renewal of my hazmat. After it scores your test it sends a copy to your email. There were 7 tests that I took I passed them all and right before I took my test I got lunch and studied on my phone and passed no problems. Pretty much the exact same questions on the practice tests.
-
I used the tests here as well. Took my permit test, air brakes and combo in November and passed no problems and last week took my endorsement tests for tanker, doubles/triples and hazmat. Passed no problems. Even referred some of the guys in my class at school to this site and they found it helpful.

I didn't know this site had practice tests I would have used them. Next time I will.

Helpful tip: If you do not know the answer to a question, skip that question -- DO NOT GUESS. That particular question will go to the end of the line of available questions. The test automatically stops when you get 80% of the questions answered correctly or all questions have been answered --- whichever comes first. It is possible to pass without answering a question that you skipped.
.
.However, if the question you skipped comes up again, that means you really need to get it correct to pass that endorsement test. Keep skipping it if you must and answer any other questions that you skipped earlier. As an absolutely last resort, eliminate as many incorrect choices as possible and then make your best possible guess.
.
.Read the entire question carefully. Pay special attention to questions that use All, None or which is most likely.
.
.There is almost guaranteed to be at least one question on driving down a steep mountain grade. The correct braking technique is Snub Braking or the definition of Snub Braking. Light steady pressure on the brakes is the old out-of-date method that is no longer an approved technique. Light steady pressure on the brakes when decending a long or steep mountain grade is absolutely a wrong answer. Best of luck to those who are taking the tests.Marky84 Thanks this.
