Hi to all I’m new to the trucking industry and I have few friend that been driving for 20 year or more the other day we have a chat and they argue regarding wages on different cargo so for you guys what is the different on wages for a driver on flat bed, dry van, refrigerate van and tanker truck?

depends on WHO you work for.

    i thought it was always:

    1) tanker

    2) flat bed

    3) reefer

    4) dry van

i can't give you specifics, but as i said, "it depends on who you work for".

there is NO guarantee one will pay MORE than another.

you said "they argued".....?? that in of itself explains it RIGHT there....no one KNOWS FOR SURE.
