Thr only benifits required to be given to full time employees Is health insurance. That is required after 30 hours. There are no legal requirements for any company to give employees any other benifits. Sick days, holidays, vacation, retirement plan and all others are volintary. That being said, get a better job. Companies take advantage because they can, if no one accepted it they would have to treat people better

Gotcha. Thanks guys. I live in ga. The job isnt all bad at all. I just know that having bennies would be awesome and i feel like the reason im part time is just because bennies are expensive to the company.
Honestly the health insurance some companies offer is just such a scam and so pitiful that earning a higher wage and no insurance is better by far.
I just dont like being classified as part time when i sure feel like im not. -
