What qualifies as part time?

Thr only benifits required to be given to full time employees Is health insurance. That is required after 30 hours. There are no legal requirements for any company to give employees any other benifits. Sick days, holidays, vacation, retirement plan and all others are volintary. That being said, get a better job. Companies take advantage because they can, if no one accepted it they would have to treat people better

 

Once again, that's going to depend on your state of employment. California just passed a law requiring companies to give 3 paid sick days per year, and I think there might be other states that do the same. Maybe not. But generally, most of these things (aside from the ACA health insurance requirements) are state laws.
