Well, mine is a smaller and more friendly terminal, so...
I have been with 4 terminals in my time here. All of them the smaller type and more a family situation.
There is that consideration.
And the hats off does not go to me as a million mile driver, it goes to Swift for being a company that I like working for.
To the people I have had the privilege of working with that have kept me happy here.
I can't speak for the 98% that have left within 2 years, if that is even a true number.
What should I do?

But the same holds true for any new driver situation at any starter company.
Most want to move on to something different after a short time, thinking and hoping that they will have a better time of it.
Greener pastures, and all that.
And that is the whole thing with the driver shortage and driver turnaround situation.
It is just people moving about trying to find something better or different... a shifting of resources from one place to the next.
And sometimes back again; because sometimes the people that leave a company end up going back there because the greener grass turned out to be brown and dead.ducnut Thanks this. -
I’m so sorry your with Swift. If you can get your first year under your belt you get some freedom and move to a good company. You take no medication non zero natta nothing your as healthy as a horse and it’s non of a trucking companies business tell them to butt out.
