I'd really like to ignore the threads that go... "I've had three speeding tickets, four wrecks that really weren't my fault but I got cited for them anyway and I'm suing my employer, two felony arrests, a judgement against me for child support, four jobs in the last six months...all of which I was fired unjustly from, and I still smoke a little weed on weekends and at night and just about whenever I want to. Will anybody hire me? "
They're kinda like a trainwreck...you just can't help but watch.[/QUOTE]
Gee, I have no trouble at all ignoring these threads!
Yup, and it's a durn good thread, too!

Save your breath. They won't listen...
Fixed it for you.
Sheesh, if I stayed away from stuff I know nothing about, I'd never have anything to say.I agree with you about the truck crashes threads.
So we should suffer just because you did? (Spoken in weak little squeaky voice)
Some of these are good for a chuckle.
Patty is ALWAYS serious. Even when she is NOT serious....huh?
Some of the others I avoid, "I don't know anything about trucking, but I just bought (was given, inherited whatever,) a truck. How can I make money with it. Particularly the ones that actually went out and bought one. How can anybody be so dumb as to invest thousands of dollars into something they know nothing about, but expect to get rich overnight.
Too many people who have absolutely no business sense, experience or education seem to think buying a truck will put them on easy street.![]()
What subjects do you avoid on ttr ?

I don't chime in on the threads where drivers are getting beat up for working for the so called bottom feeder companies. It's no one else's business who anyone works for or how much money they make. I much prefer that someone chooses to work no matter which company it is and support themselves than me supporting them with my tax dollars.
OLDSKOOLERnWV, bzinger, TaterWagon#62 and 7 others Thank this. -
Crossing the White Line Trucking is the worst company ever. They make you run 80 hours a week and expect you keep three log books. I'm a sub contractor but haven't been paid in four weeks. The boss won't answer the phone but I'm going to talk to Mr. Petrocyznsmirnoff as soon as I get back to Chicago.
OLDSKOOLERnWV, ladr, bzinger and 6 others Thank this. -
hey boss, heres an idea. open up the religion section to be like politics. by golly, 2 sandboxes would be a blast

Good/bad company threads. Most threads where the gods come from on high to judge a person. Also the 2000+ page threads.
