What takes longer...loading or unloading?

    But here again, "it depends!" I've had to sit at a shipper for hours, while they actually finished building the product, then packaging it safely enough that I would accept it. I'm speaking of large electric signs built for the casino industry. That outfit, not surprisingly went out of business...

    Seems like a silly question, doesn't it? But if it is asked by someone who is interested in, but has no knowledge of the industry, it's a legitimate one.
    As are the vast majority of questions asked here.

    I believe this could be legitimately argued with both yes, and no.
    It's the driver's fault just from the standpoint that all drivers are not willing and able to band together and refuse to work under those conditions.
    OTOH, most drivers do not have the financial resources to keep food on the table, and the bills paid, if they aren't drawing a paycheck.
