Just remember that the shorter the tire, the more fuel you will burn. The 305/75 is going to be 14mm shorter than the 315/80. The 295/80 is going to be another 12mm shorter.
315mm is tread width and the aspect is 315 x .80.....

Isn’t there a tag somewhere, stating original tires? Vin # ran through dealer? Speedometer is set for specific tire size now. Changing tire height, will change speedo, Will need to re calibrate speedo, or at least, be aware of the actual speed vs. speed reading. I know nothing about busses, but would think a wide tire like 315 would be best, especially on steers. Duals in rear, not so much. Rather have all same sizes though.Taller tires will run same speed at lower rpm. 321 ratio? Does it pull a hill good now? If not, a shorter tire will help with that, same speed at a higher rpm.So many variables like most efficient torque range of engine, desired rpm at cruising speed. Best to get an idea if you will benefit from changing sizes, using existing tire sizes ( current set up ) )as a starting point. Taller or shorter, fuel economy could go either way. Depends on current performance. Speed, RPMs, hills,Best to research engine peak torque range. Decide if you need to be a little higher or lower on RPMs, for best performance.Easy answer, stick with what it was originally built with, especially if your currently happy with performance.

Bridgestone 315/80R22.5. However, there's no Bridgestone 315/80R22.5 at my dealer in Reno and a limited supply of 315/80R22.5 at all.

The tag says the same 5 tire sizes (all on the same original wheels) as the Maintenance Manual. I've attached the excerpt from the Maintenance Manual.

I’ve seen buses with a 12R series for steers and a standard 22.5 and/or 24.5 for the rears.

Are you actually using the bus to load up with passengers or was it modified for a RV?

Which tire company is this because I’m sure my uncle would love to but 12r22.5s cheaper then low pros..

edit: never mind just noticed they were 80 not 75, the 315 and the 12r are pretty much the same tire just measured differently, the 12/22.5 will probably be the easiest to find
