I fit all of this lol. I did own my own truck outright. Than went broke when needed to rebuild the engine. And sold it.
I do not put tv in any truck.
I like to do stuff to my truck when I can.
I am a bit of a loner. I park late at night usually on a ramp lately. And do a lot of staring. And walk the dog.
I need to learn how to do more work on truck, and be tight with money, but $1 per mile with your own truck will put you backwards every time.
What to do while doing your 10 hour break.

Inspect the truck, clean the interior, polish tanks/wheels, then I will go in and eat/shower and watch tv until I fall asleep and the computer tells me I'm not tired any more
Oldironfan Thanks this. -
One of my favorite activities is sleeping, takes 8 of the 10. I don't like hoping out of the bunk start to inspection so get up about an hour before getting on the road. I check weather, traffic, a satellite view of the destination, verify GPS route versus route given to be sure I'm going to the right place and that there's isn't difference likely due to restrictions. If I'm lucky I get a shower and eat before that sleep.
