The violations should be old enough not to be a factor. Now you only have 5 months experience in the past three years. That could be a problem.

You need to apply at some companies and see what they say. You may have to take a refresher course. Did you train at a school that might offer a free refresher course?

With very little information to formulate an opinion, I just have to ask myself "With a reply like this, might that point to another possible reason for the termination."

I mean, you only waited for an hour. Most of us are working and can't reply in an instant.

Back to the point, did you refuse the lease option. I have heard they push that quite heavily.

Yes they did, but I refuse to take the lease option! I was a company driver with England, and I made them plenty of money when they fired me! I feel as they did me wrong! I remained loyal to them, and they short change me when they fired me! They said call back when the ticket is clear, but I called their bluff..and when i did, they said i have to work for another company for 6 months and call back..lol. Why? I don't freaking need you then! I can't front tho..i made good #### monry with England being dedicated!

20 miles over the limit in a commercial motor vehicle is a serious violation. It might take some time to be truthful.
