So can someone tell me what will they do in a situation where the female trainer urine in a bottle while you're in the truck. Not while you're driving and have nowhere to stop. Im here at a truck stop. Loves to be exact. She said the only time she leaves the truck is if she has to "booboo". So Im in the the top bunk and shes at the bottom and I hear her peeing. We're closrd in so the scent is STRONG. She did admit she has a bad bladder and pees in a bottle, but I didn't know she meant EVERY TIME she has to pee. We're at a truck stop for goodness sakes!

    TruckerAce48 Thanks this.

Ok my philosophy on the trainer experience. Riding with a trainer is just another task you do. It's not forever. It has an end and then you have finally arrived at your destination. You will then get dropped off at the terminal when it's over. You will be assigned your own truck. At last. Freedom. Music of your choice. Room to move about. No one there anymore.

That is the best feeling when you finally completed all the stages of getting to where you want to be, including: DMV written tests, CDL school, DMV driving test, new job orientation + interviews, pee and hair tests, background + job + criminal checks, DOT physical, road test for your new employer, and finally... 3 weeks of close-quarters training with a trainer/driver who will either pass you or tell your company you aren't ready. It's all difficult.

Don't quit or wash out because of 3 weeks after all you have done to get to this point! You will never have to do any of this crap again. It's nothing you cannot do. It's worth it!
