I know the company is picky about who they hire so I want to make sure I am not one of the ones to be cut. What do y'all suggest I wear to little rock for my orientation and yard training? I'd imagine steel toes are required. Will jeans and like a 3 button collared pull over shirt work? I don't want to look like a slob but I don't want to look like I am too up class to get dirty by straps, chains, and tarps either. What did y'all wear? Could dress up for orientation and then tone it down for yard training.

Jeans and a nicer newer clean t-shirt was what I wore most days. Tucked in with a belt of course.

Jeans, steel toed boots, polo for first day, neat pocket t-shirt for yard days. Gloves, safety glasses and If you have one of your own a hard hat. Beats buying one of theirs.

Maverick supplies the hard hat free of charge, and safety glasses, Kevlar sleeves also.

I wore cargo pants and a plain colored T-shirt every day. You must bring Steel Toe boots. Nothing offensive or foul language on your shirts.

They will provide you with some Leather Gloves, Kevlar Sleeves, Safety Glasses, and a Hard Hat with your name on it. You will only wear the sleeves during training if you go into Glass hauling. You are also free to bring your own gloves and safety glasses since theirs aren't that great.
