If that is the case, SLC. Shipper Load and Count. Never had any issues in near 30 years.
JustaGuyinTrucking Thanks this. -
If the shipper applied the seal, the BOL should state that the load was sealed when you received it. Verify the seal number and verify that the shipper both signed the BOL and initialed the seal. The shipper will have you, the driver sign his copy...verify the seal number and signatures on the BOL you sign and the BOL you received from the shipper.
If this trailer was loaded and sealed before you got there, you also want to inspect the trailer for damages and take pics and send the pics to your DM BEFORE leaving the shipper.JustaGuyinTrucking Thanks this. -
SLC is best . Some places don't want you to do that . STC said to contain . SLT sealed loaded trailer .

Oh yeah those top secret loads wink wink nudge nudge although the bulk of freight carried in the USA would not be of that category.

It's not so much top secret it's just not for public knowledge.
Truly top secret would rate drivers with appropriate clearances and those are the ones you wont find jabbering on forums. Much.
Sometimes there are those loads that go into the box I really don't want to know whats in it. It might give me nightmares.
