What type of freight allows extra-large cabs?

There is a company out of CA called Southern Pride which is all O/O that haul jet engines and parts. Most of their fleet are trucks with BIG sleepers.

 

Those drivers are most likely to be EX HHG drivers that are now pulling electronics for Tradeshows,hence Bekins, Atlas,United. They are "blanket wrap" gigs.

Safeway and Horizon,Andrews are United agents that are big on Tradeshows.

 

2010 at a Truck stop there was a guy with a two room three bed sleeper. he used it for training two students at a time. I have long forgot who he was driving for.

Could use two beds for lumpers with Mayflower maybe.

 

Geez that would've been nice,I always paid for gas or taxi for my labor,never let them in my truck.
i almost bought a big house once,glad I didn't when 07 rolled around and changed the HHG Industry all together.

 

They will also have more than one guy riding with you.

 

a 36 inch sleeper where you had to jump through the hole to get into it was always good enough for me. i always like to go big in the other end motor wise

 

Reliable Carriers enclosed auto transport. They have some awesome looking rigs.

 

Southern Pride trks. pretty much live at the airports.
They are on stand by all the time. You get the call you gotta haul. If late there are big costs involved

 

Quite a few husband/wife teams.
