No, I quit a 13 months ago to open a Martial Arts school. It failed, or more accurately, I decided not to live in poverty anymore until I could make it work. When I decided to go back to driving, and yes, I did start to miss it after two months, TMC had moved their hiring boundary about two hundred miles away. At that time I had only 18 months, total, driving experience and was having trouble finding a job. Everyone wanted two years experience. I saw ATS' lease program, applied and was accepted. It has worked out for me and I don't think I would go back to being a company driver. I have nothing but good things to say about TMC, though the recent changes bother me. I am too far removed to offer anything constructive about TMC at this point.

    Big-
I kind of had the same thought about them not needing 2 know about it but me beings a new driver right out of school I wanted to start off on the right foot and put it all out there and be truthfull. I guess I was concerned that if I did not they would find out some way some how but was not sure how if it would be through the drug test because that is only for street drugs. but honesty is the best policy I guess:biggrin_25510: hopefully they call me back 2 morrow and say I am g2g and head back out there and finish up.

I too was new in 2006, fresh out of CDL school..I had one company turn me down for being honest, for the same reasons you mention here, but my family needed money, and I did what I had to do. There is no other way they can find out. Meds for anti-depressants are not typically screened for in a drug test. I know it sounds dishonest, but what they don't know, won't hurt them, or keep you from a good job.

Just be careful, though. Sadly if there is an accident and you injure someone your medical records will be subpeona'd by the prosecuting attorney.

Where in the world do you get "over the counter anti depressant medication" if you put that wordage on any forms, that is why they are probing so deep, because nothing like that exsists.
