No, don't think I know Steve. I was there early '05- 10/'06. Then went inland in Tampa till 2011.
Bought out.?, like a chunk of cash for messing him up? Did he get bent, or shotty sat system maintenance. Scary stuff. Glad he alright now..

Wow, that's enough to help with finding a new line of work. Bad way to come into money though.. Lucky they didn't kill him..

I got out with just L5, 6, & 7 disc herniation. Got dropped ~15' in a dive bell on the way up. Hat, bailout, & 36lbs of weight on at the time. Bit through my tongue, & still had a 4 hour chamber ride to do for my surface decompression. Failed my wiz quiz, & got #### canned right after.. LoL, weed sticks around way too long..

In this case doing a "Post Incident Urine, BAC, and Hair Test" are definitely NOT understandable. The ONLY time those are required is if you are involved in an accident where one or more vehicles are inoperable and need to be towed, or if injuries or fatalities are involved.

It sounds to me like your boss and/or safety guy don't know what the hell they are doing. Your truck wasn't damaged enough to require towing. The offending truck is long gone.

On the other hand it could be they suspect you were drunk in the sleeper not to notice your truck rocking. But there have been plenty of times drivers have been in the sleeper and never noticed they got hit, especially if it is a glancing blow on the trailer.
