Did the right thing, although secretly would have been tempting to run him over just to see how big of a mess it would make. "I dunno officer, this guy just jumped out in front of my truck!"

but what if?

what if there was a group of men standing in the middle of the road, with baseball bats, as only one example, what do you do?

what do you do?

stop and chat with them?

or fear for your life and plow thru them?

i'd be ah plowing, and that ain't no kidding!

 

Depends really. If there is a baseball game going on in the field by the road sure I'll stop and chat. If, on the other hand, there is a riot going on I'm not stopping.

can't say, but you sure could have scooted by him fast enough! if no one stopped, that tells me they had a genuine fear for thier lives.
