thanks for the replies, guys, it is helping.

I've been going to school for 8 years on and off, it is just not working out for me. I am the hardest worker at work, but when it comes to school, i lose interest. And right now, i need to make money. The papers that takes months to get is similar to a birth certificate, however, i wasn't born in the U.S. I think i'm going to apply at Central Refrigerated and Swift just for the heck of it, Central was actually my 3rd option a few months ago. Anyway, i'm gonna make some phone calls to see if i can get that paper in quicker. Thanks guys.

Well, ok , you weren't born here . Are you a registered voter ? That might be an option , if you are. Congressmen , and Senators , can get things done Quick. Bureaucrats snap to attention , when a congressional representatives office calls. They can get paperwork from foreign governments Much quicker than you can.
    Just a thought.

No offense . But, what the heck you been studying , off and on , in college , for 8 years ?
Again, no offense . But, do you Really want to drive a truck , or is it just , you think , a way to make some money quick ? If its the latter , you need to look at what you really want. And , do you Know what you really want to do ?
I remember a fellow , back when , had been going to college for about 8 years , off and on. But , he Knew what he wanted to do , and was aiming for it. I'll wager today , he's a top flight John Deere mechanic , cause that's what he was aiming for.
In fact , he told me something , back then , while still in school , when I had been driving trucks for some years , and never knew. I still remember it. Here it is :
The difference between a brand new motor , and a worn out motor , is less than 1 once of metal.
    Think about that.
    Good Luck !
