They don't want to do that because it would be a lawsuit and they know.... But I think your right, they are willing to gamble my csa score, I'm getting too old to pee away my chances at a more solid company.... Thanks again I know your right

So I'm confused. You will pull trailers with a bad 5th wheel but not one missing reflective tape?

The company I'm with now was only interested in what was on my MVR (squeaky clean and sparkling). They had no interest in my PSP score. None whatsoever. Avoid companies that want to review your PSP and HireRight reports...

Yes, your right accept for a couple things, that reflective tape gets you pulled around back with a violation and a ticket and racks up your csa score which with enough of those on your track record makes the driver unhirable to any other employer, yes I'm clean as a whistle and I could probably afford some csa points but I don't want any

The fifth wheel was a big surprise to me but the company knew about it loosing trls... I was the third time it happened but I had no idea of course, until a couple other drivers told me about the other times it happened before

Never heard of a PSP, I always raise an eye brow to companies using dac reports to me that's a sign of a bad company, most companies that use dac reports are usually guilty of something and need a dac report to hold over a driver's head

I realize that many may not want to change but here is the thing I'm having problems with ... I went for months and months without any tape in my icc, had serveral level ones and not once, even with the prick of Ohio inspecting me was I ever cited for it. I drove a truck a few weeks back without it on its ICC and Wayne county nailed me for an inspection and nothing about that missing tape came up but what did was the cracked clearance mirror that is not used at all. You work for a company that put everyone at risk with a bad fifth wheel and then worry about reflective tape?

sorry dude but with the amount of car hauling/auto parts hauling jobs in the area, you could easily pick up another job and not even worry about any change.

Your right, but I'm getting out of pulling automotive the $ just isn't there anymore, I'm currently looking at Dayton frieght, or Saia or maybe Estes, or something more solid, I have learned that whenever you see company drivers & O/Os working together it's bad business take a look at TVM , nobody wants to work for them now and you can tell because you don't see them on the road as much anymore

I have friends working for Saia and Estes in another state and they love the companies. Move on and don't look back.
