I have always been reasonable with my company when it comes to stuff like this but I draw the line it comes to me rolling across the scale house, I want the equipment to be operating the way it's supposed to be, why? Because this is my driver license and it's my responsibility to be driving safe equipment..... Don't get me wrong I've been a sport plenty of times but this was out of my hands & this was basically my company trying to Buffalo me into to taking a foolish chance with my license, instead of fixing what needed to be fixed.....besides that it was very foolish for firing me for it and they changed their minds real quick about doing so and like always I didn't make a stink about it but I am leaving this company as soon as spring comes, I have a feeling it's time to move on anyway, there are others who are also leaving because the company will not take care of their equipment or their drivers, this is a classic reason why companies go belly up -
I've got a question for you super, what scales do you cross?

Do some homework on lease deals before jumping into something like that with your company....I'll leave it at that
