Continue doing what you love, the right/safe way. It can be a rewarding career. Cutting corners will cut it short.

If there is a legitimate flaw with that 5th wheel you should not drive that tractor. If per chance you do drive it and lose a trailer and kill someone its you that's risking prison not your boss. I suspect that if you refuse to drive that tractor your boss will get it fixed.

Before hooking to your next trailer inspect that fifthwheel for any loose or missing parts like bolts.compare that fifthwheel to another truck.ask a driver for help.

I would NOT drive it. Tell your boss he can come drive it.

Fontaine has some 5th wheels that are known to be faulty, there is a guy in jail for negligent homicide because of it. His trailer fell of and killed someone, I would imagine he is either out now or working on it, but under no circumstances would I drive that truck until its fixed

I feel like I'm being screwed. I was out of work for none months and almost lost my home. Now I have a job, and it fits me well. I feel like I will get fired if I don't run, and not sure how to handle it. It really sucks.
