If there is a legitimate flaw with that 5th wheel you should not drive that tractor. If per chance you do drive it and lose a trailer and kill someone its you that's risking prison not your boss. I suspect that if you refuse to drive that tractor your boss will get it fixed.

I would NOT drive it. Tell your boss he can come drive it.

Fontaine has some 5th wheels that are known to be faulty, there is a guy in jail for negligent homicide because of it. His trailer fell of and killed someone, I would imagine he is either out now or working on it, but under no circumstances would I drive that truck until its fixed

I feel like I'm being screwed. I was out of work for none months and almost lost my home. Now I have a job, and it fits me well. I feel like I will get fired if I don't run, and not sure how to handle it. It really sucks.
