    OP read understand, and reread the above post. When he files for unemployment, all you need do is present a company service manual with a copy of his signature stating he has read and understands your policies. With out it, he will get his employment status. Its stupid, its absurd, but if you don't have this all documented you're screwed. Document, and make them sign everything.

    As i said just fireing him is all that needs to be done.
    No lawyers.
    If another employer calls they can and have ask would you hire him back?
    Some on here will say you can only ask dates that he worked for you,but i know for a fact they can ask that,
    You can say i doubt it period,which is a code of saying hell no!:biggrin_25513:
